Just closed a deal on a sweet CDi package including:
_ Digital Video Cartridge
- Controller (Gamepad type controller NOT remote)
- Hookups
- Gun
- book of CD-i backups (also left a few Jag CD discs in there...who knows,
maybe someday you'll get a Jag CD and need games right?)
- 9 DVDR set is iso's
- 11 original game discs (8 titles total + 3 dupes) marked as demo discs,
I understand these are a bit hard to come by.
- 5 original retail games in cases
- 1 original CD-i movie, "Addams Family"

LOL! Well the collector side of me is stoked, of course most reviews and info on the net is not to
positive regarding the machine that brought the worst Zelda games ever but I am looking forward
to making my own MaximumRD video and TRY to put a positive spin on it heh!

Make sure your player has the media reader chip thing in it, you'll need it in order to play movies and it was sold separately, so not all players have one.

If you didn't get a copy of them I would get copies of Dragon's Lair 1 and 2, Space Ace and 7th Guest (arguably the best version of this game). You are all set for the widest selection of games since you have the Digital Video Cartridge (which is hard to come by anymore).
Also, you can buy movies on Video CD (or burn your own copies).

Probably got those, if not I can get them I am sure. Already downloaded the unreleased Mario proto and I ordered the adaptor to use Sega Genesis gamepads because I figured what the hell, I'm doing this crap system in style!

The games suck shit through a straw. The only reason they go for so high on eGay is because they're licensed Nintendo games, and as far as I know, the only Nintendo games not on a Nintendo console. It's a famous brand that people know and will pay for. I guarantee if someone put a Nintendo sticker on a dog turd, someone would eventually buy it.

If you count PC's you can get all kinds of Nintendo owned IP's on it. At least in Japan where they let Hudson Soft make a truly crappy version of Super Mario Bros 1-it was covered in Hardcore Gamer, the issue with the classic cavalcade of games on the cover.

I've played that on emulation, now I know what the hell it was. Thanks, I though it was some sort of homebrew.

Naw don't sweat it man, I have most of the titles, it came with several DVD's full of ISO's and any I don't have I can get easily enough........thanks anyway!
