Looking for specific issues of Nintendo Power

Anyone know what issues of Nintendo Power had the stickers that went over the old NES controllers that had cool designs (like the one that had the face and the start and select buttons were the eyes. Like the one AVGN uses). I'm also looking for the NP that had the same stickers, but went over the Game Boy.
