Ever wondered why the 16-bit to 4-bit games wrocked?

We had it all and the adults screwed up the world just enough to destroy it.

I mean with 2d games you could do all sorts of things and be creative. This creativity drove the
animation, comic, and even cartoon industry. Nowadays nobody would really care about a game about Charlie Brown or even Beattle Baily. I mean where there is no creative there is god...and for you investors AKA money.

I definitely feel there was more licensing of obscure stuff in the 2D days than there is now with 3D taking over like it has (Fido Dido, Chester Cheetah-2 games for him among others like Spot the old 7-Up mascot). Not saying those games are great, although Spot was pretty good, just that everyone is trying to jump on GTA's bandwagon and be the next 'edgy' game that everyone wants to buy.
