Well, if we are gonna include plug-n-plays, I have a bunch of those too. I could also then maybe include my Super Joy pirate FC clones. I suppose I might also include the VG Pocket Tablet and Caplet (which are better than expected). I have a Unisonic Pong system, I suppose that also counts.

For those of you that have those tons of systems, are there many more you plan on getting? I know I'd like to get a 2600 again at some point, even though the 7800 works just fine for 2600 games. I would probably have interest in getting a 5200 if they weren't notorious about having horrid controllers. I have very little interest in ever getting a Jaguar (unless the price was right). Rare systems that are impossible to find games for in the wild don't interest me a whole lot. Much prior to the 2600 doesn't spark too much of an interest. Are there any that I don't have that you'd highly recommend?

While I collect for what I'm interested in first, I will also collect ANY systems I don't have. I am very much interested in collecting super-rare units. The ultimate goal would be a boxed Halcyon. After that, a boxed Entex Adventurevision. Besides those rare gems, I first want to collect what I have sold. As you can see from my collection, all of my systems are originals. I do not collect variants of the same systems.

Primary #1 thing is that if I'm not going to ever play it, I don't want it. Notice besides the Pico I don't have any "kids" or educational systems. I also have a few hand-helds and dedicated systems, but I go after cartridge consoles, and I won't rest until I have them all :angry4.gif:

I'm not overboard on variant consoles, honestly. The variant and duplicate systems I have are those I got mainly because I couldn't pass up the asking price. If someone offers you a working NES for 5.00, would you say no? I know I wouldn't, even if I had fifteen of them (which I may well be on the way to doing...)

So what's next on your list? For me, besides the systems I've sold, I want an Adventurevision, Colorvision, and US versions of the Bandai Pippin and Amiga CD32.

(reverse bragging mode) Mine's smaller!

Atari 7800
Vectrex
Sega Genesis
32X
CD
some handhelds
PC

Looking to get a Game Boy Advance and PlayStation 2, along with the Jakk's Retro Arcade Pac-Man sometime this year.

Also had the Sega Master System (going to have to get the adapter for it, probably, although the games will be hard to find) and the Microvision, neither of which I should have sold (although the SMS was so I could get my Genny). At least Microvisions aren't that hard to get, along with the full library, since most people don't want those.

Main thing I'm trying to do is replace the ones I had that were stolen, and from there I want a Neo Geo. I've wanted one for a great long while, and I'm definitely going to get one before I die. :holding-triforce:

I updated mine too, but I didn't add anything. I've sold quite a few in the last year, and a lot of the pending deals I had going on fell through. I don't want to get rid of anymore either, it hurt me to get rid of what I did.

I'm always looking to replace the systems that my ex stole from me, so if anyone has an extra:
Magnavox Odyssey (the original console, not the dedicated units)
Atari Jaguar + CD
32X cables
Virtual Boy
Bally Astrocade
Fairchild Channel F
Sega Master System
Neo Geo

Shoot me a PM if you're looking to sell.
