Nothing like logging onto a BBS on the original hardware!

This is my IBM XT (5160) in action, logging into Heatwave BBS. I was a BBS fiend in the mid 90's, so this really brings back a ton of memories.

I got into that myself in 1987. Just about all ASCII text there with very few sounds in general!
There's a BBS documentary on YouTube that's supposed to be pretty good. I've only just seen part 1. Should see more, now that I've been reminded of it

I need to watch more myself. Someone posted about it years ago and I only watched part 1. But then at times I'd forgotten about it.
