The Lynx, by Phil Patton

Post by Zap! »

This was a very interesting fanzine in the early 90's by Phil Patton. Phil was a great pen-pal friend of mine, as we used to write each other about classic gaming dozens of times. Don't let the fanzine's title fool you though. Although Phil's true love at the time was the Lynx, he covered various Atari systems.

He edited The Lynx with Timeworks Desktop Publisher ST on his Atari ST, which was an inspiration for what I used to publish Zap! as well. Anyway, here's a scan of the cover of the June '92 issue. Enjoy.

One burning question that will remain with him until his dying days....."Was my victory really worth the price I had to pay?"
