Good single player Xbox games

Seems like a lot of the games on the Xbox are really lacking in the single player game experience. Nearly all the games on the system are really hinged on playing them online. Same could be said for some PS2 games. I guess what brings this up is I was playing the multi platform hit "Star Wars Battlefront" in the single player missions and it really didn't take me too long before low and behold the game was beat. Sure its still fun doing some of the same old battles over and over again, but I was really expecting this game to be a lot larger. Halo is another game in which online play is highly touted ( I still haven't played it yet, so I can't flame it too much.)

I guess what I'm wondering is what are some of the better games on the Xbox that are still good without the online experience?

Simpsons Hit and Run and Simpsons Road Rage are pretty good single player games.

I truly great game, that one is. Wish they were working on KOTOR 3 instead of that new MMO.
