In case you do not know this is a show where old b-movies are played during which time the hosts make comments/riffs during the film, in this way even the worst movies are hilarious and entertaining! In fact, the worst the movie the funnier they are. Though the original series as long since canceled it lives on with Cinematic Titanic http://www.cinematictitanic.com/ and RiffTrax http://www.rifftrax.com/

I honestly haven't watched one in years. I do remember finding it enjoyable though. I enjoyed the ESPN spoof of MST3000 called "Cheap Seats" (I beleive at one point there was even a cameo of they MST guys). I'll have to check this out when I have more time.
