I'm sick that I missed this Vectrex collection!

1977-1983 were some of the best years ever, and brought us the 2600, 5200, Intellivision, Colecovision, Vectrex, and many others

It's not as bad as THIS one that just ended:

US - Two Vectrex Systems, 3D googles and 10 Games!
I am the original owner of this great Vectrex game system I got as a kid in the 80's when it came out. There are two consoles, which both are in good cosmetic shape. One is in working condition with built in mind storm game. The other the power does not turn on, it worked up until just recently, fuse or possibly just the power cord connection which can be fixed or you can use it for the parts. I am selling my system as a lot and not individual items.

Also included is the rare hard to find 3-D IMAGER very rare and expensive, with 3- 3-D games, very cool accessory. There are 10 total games which all of them are rare and hard to find 1)BEDLAM 2)BERZERK 3)STAR TREK 4)SCRAMBLE 5)CLEAN SWEEP 6)COSMIC CHASM 7)RIP OFF and three 3-D imager games-CRAZY COASTER, MINDSTORM, , and NARROW ESCAPE which these and the other games are hard to find and very pricey if bought individually. Also there is 7 color overlays in original covers. Everthing works good I tested the system out and games, imager, and 1 console are ready for action. If you have any questions on this item please send me a message, I am more than happy to answer anything you might have. Thank you and happy bidding.

Last I saw it was only four hundred and fifty dollars...bin! The Imager ALONE goes for that much, if not even more. Christ, I could've gotten it, sold Bedlam, Berzerk, Star Trek, Scramble and Clean Sweep (have those games or one I had and got rid of it) and gotten away with murder there, getting the rest for almost absolutely nothing, pretty much.

Argh, sucks! (Pic's on this page, although it'll disappear at any moment.)

If I was any more suicidal, that would have pushed me over the edge right there.

lol! And I don't say that very often! :D

Yeah, now that it's 'garage sale season', prices are usually pretty low; they usually pick up again later in the year when people aren't out in the cold (when it actually DOES get cold, I mean [yes global warming exists!]). Wish I had the money for either one...

Ugh, check out this auction (the one with the display stand and all)...funny, yet sad at the same time!

This auction is for my beloved Vectrex arcade system with all the trimmings. I'd love to hang on to it, as it has not only been a lot of fun to play with, but a cool part of my bachelor pad. Well, those days are over and now my fiancee is in control (PS: If you like video games as much as I do, win this auction and stay single as long as you can) and I have to get rid of it.

Whatta load of shit! You have to take the good with the bad when you're in a relationship! I wouldn't force my woman to give up her Hello Kitty collection or anything!

Two years from now, what's going to happen if they break up?!

Anyway, the rest...

Here's what it comes with:

- The Vectrex system itself
- One controler
- MineStorm promotional game w/screen and instructions
- Vectrex "Performance Game Machine" Promotional stand. This is the best part of the auction and something that you WILL NOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. This stand (as pictured) is about 5 1/2 feet tall. It has a sturdy wood frame and two wood shelves that each have metal game sorters. the game system sits atop the stand on a plastic platform that has a wrap around back that has pictures of various Vectrex games.

Hope she's worth it, Mr. You-Know-What Whipped! (sulks)

Wow,it that is sad that he had to sell such a fine collection. I never could understand why any girl would want their b/f to get rid of something he likes. It's not like it's harming her or something.
