Re: What are some of the worst games you have played?
As I posted over at DP today, I've recently come across the Gem of a game that is Atari Match Pro Wrestling on the 2600.
I'm sure I can think of some more, right now I'm still in shock.

Re: Sega Saturn
I had one friend growing up that was all Sega all the time. He was the only person I knew that had a SMS, the first person to get a Genesis and Dreamcast, and the only person that I knew that had a 32X, Sega CD, and Saturn. I have one of each now, except for a dedicated SMS, and the Saturn had some ...

Re: AVGN- Angry Video Game Nerd discussion thread
The first one I saw was (I think) Friday the 13th, back in 2007 or so. That one's still one of my favorites, simply because I played the shit out of that game as a kid, and never really understood what I was doing. The Atari Porn episode is the second one I saw.

Welcome, and my condolences on having to sell off your collection. I've been perilously close a couple of times to having to do the same, so I can sympathize.

AVGN- Angry Video Game Nerd discussion thread
Well, it seems like nowadays every forum has a thread about the AVGN, and not just game forums either. SO rather than deprive us, I figured I'd start the required discussion. For those that don't know, James Rolfe started making short films when he was a young kid, and is still making them. A few ye...

Re: Pre-Computer Space electro-mechanical games
That's how you can spot the makings of a good game book. Most skip right from Pinball to Computer Space, but the better ones have at least a cursory chapter on those transitional games.

What about a board devoted to games in movies? Whether they be movies about video games or movies with video games in them.

I'm playing Dracula's Castle, a euro port of the original Castlevania on an MSX emu. It has a password feature just like the one on CVII, except not as long-winded.

Re: Anyone have a Super Grafx?
Never had one, but I do have a TG-16. I got it around late 89 or early 90. Alien Crush, Devil Crash (or Crush) and Splatterhouse are all games I had for it originally. Like a fool I traded it for one of those stupid VR helmets that was compatible with the SNES and Genesis (was it a Virtuamaxx? I can...

Re: Was Ghostbusters for the SMS the first password game?
I could have sworn that the first Castlevania had passwords. It has, however been awhile since I've played the US version.
