Ever play Batman for the PC Engine? It's nothing more than a maze game with good graphics! What were they thinking? No wonder it never came to the US.

Did you know that Atari had the US rights to the NES and the Genesis, but passed on it? Two ultra-dumb moves that would have changed video game history as we know it.

Wouldn't it be nice if Sega started re-using its old video game mascots? I think it was rotten to dump Master System stars such as Alex Kidd and Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone. I'd love to see these characters come to the Saturn.

Final Fantasy 1 and 2 never came to the US. The first one to come out for the NES was part 3, which was named part 1 when it came here. So US gamers never got a chance to play the real first two. Grr.

I was at my local music store the other day and while I was checking out the used CD bin, something caught my attention right away. It was a 1991 CD called "Nintendo White Knuckle Scorin'" (naturally, I bought it) with 10 songs on it by familiar artists such as Jellyfish, Roy Orbison, Dire Straits, Trixter, Britny Fox, Sheena Easton, and others. Inside is a comic book featuring Mario and his friends where they say "Song cue!" throughout the story. I've never seen or heard of this CD anywhere. If anyone has any information on it, please let me know A.S.A.P.
