Yeah, it's a spambot. As soon as Ter gets online we'll get all the spam cleared out. I can't do anything about it on forums I don't mod. Same for Rob.

Yep, trust me, I FRIKKIN HATE SPAM. Carlos and Ter and me were busy yesterday, they were coming in droves. Ter updated the verification to a higher setting, so we probably won't see anymore of that for awhile, until they start making smarter bots.

As much as I hate to say it, the presence of such abundant spam truly does make me feel like ZAP! has arrived.

What bugs me the most is that...why spam? Is their business so crappy that they need to resort to such stupid methods?

Besides, whenever I see a spam message, I get the feeling that whoever buys from them gets scammed.

I'm glad this spambot is gone, though.

The funny thing is spam hurts the companies more than it helps them. If I spammed all over other forums I think that would turn everyone off to Zap!

People don't learn...they don't realize that if you keep pestering with the same thing, it turns people off, and thus, hurts their business.
