We are five episodes in right now and I love it so far. While some have said that the first episode was too short and slow-paced for them, I enjoyed it. The second episode however was much better and longer. I thought going deep into Boba's relationship with the Tusken Raiders was very interesting. The third was alright but the weakest so far. I won't go too much into the next two episodes, but I will say that the fourth was great and the fifth was just flat-out outstanding. Oh, and that theme song at the end of each episode! I didn't think that they could possibly top The Mandalorian's theme but they might have!
