Retromags.com, the project that is working to preserve gaming magazines before they are lost to history and time itself, is honored to bring to the world, an interview with the one and only, Bill "The Game Doctor" Kunkel.

I'm constantly amazed at how much time and effort you guys put into Retromags. The Billy K. article is shining proof of that.

Thank you Rob. That article sums up many many years of work, many before I even joined Retromags, and was amazing to write. I have been working with Bill on some other things and look forward to seeing how the community reacts to his ideas and suggestions.
He truly is a great guy, easy going and down to earth. He is a true testament to the old school way of journalism and it has really hit me how different journalism in general, not just gaming related, has changed so much, and not all for the better, over the years.

Just a quick bump here to let everyone know what is going on. We are preparing for the first Official releases from Bill Kunkel (we are starting with "The Kunkel Report" from the 90's Electronic Games as a gift to Bill-it is a column that he felt really happy with and his birthday is coming next month). I have been tied up with doing that work (co-ordinating people and their donations and such). It is going to be great.
