Fighting Street (Turbo Grafx CD-ROM): most underrated opening theme ever?

Ever since I first got Fighting Street (Street Fighter I) for my Turbo Grafx CD-ROM in 1990, I have always thought that the initial music (when you are selecting the countries) is one of the greatest opening themes ever in a video game. Am I crazy or does anyone agree? You decide:

One burning question that will remain with him until his dying days....."Was my victory really worth the price I had to pay?"
