My friend sent me some cell phone pics last week. I used to live in Austin, and this type of thing happens all the time. Usually college kids. But this is one of the funniest things I've ever seen, and surprisingly it made headlines.

The unofficial city motto that you see plastered everywhere is "Keep Austin Weird", so you have to follow that creed in order to get along. :5moped:
