Ha, I feel kinda Amish with my Galaxy S2, but it would probably blow all the phones in this list away! Any updates fellas?

Great MAME site
http://www.retrouprising.com/ It has everything from Atari 2600, coin ops, Nintendo 64 and nearly everything in between. It even tracks high scores! Its a great site that I have been a part of for the last couple months. It has large dedicated community also with tournaments and everything. Highly ...

I take it this didn't work out?
Bummer. I always thought it would be cool to own a pinball machine.

Re: Wii Has its Biggest Sales Week Ever
Its unfortunate that a console that sold so well is for the most part disliked by the gaming community. I have had a fair amount of fun with it. I wish Nintendo would have given more games the Selects treatment. On a side note, where did the Wii rank in sales this generation? Who was first, the Wii,...

Re: Data East Arcade Classics Nintendo Wii Trailer - Debut T
I ended up purchasing this too. Its ok for what it is. It doesn't compare to Midway Arcade Treasures or anything, but I can't say I had a ton of Data East games I loved as a kid. BurgerTime was easily the biggest draw.

Re: New Super Mario Bros. Wii
I think that it was a solid game, and seeing how many Wii's sold its not surprising that a Mario title did well. To me though, its no Super Mario 3 or anything. When that came out it felt new. This feels like it could have came out on the Gamecube. Does that make it a bad game? No, not at all but I ...

Re: Stadium Events
I have an old Funcoland price guide and that has Stadium Events as a game that they would pay you $24 for. For comparison, at the time you could have recieved $38 for your 1992 John Madden Football for the SNES.
I'd say Stadium Events is a rare game, but not to the $10,000 level that you speak of.

Re: TurboGrafx 16 FTW
I actually saw in person my first TG16 just last week at a thrift. They were asking $20 for it with the power cord and RF cable, but no controller or games. I passed given the fact I might not ever find a thing for it again, and the fact that it looked like it was pulled behind a truck before being ...

Re: Atari Flashback's
I mentioned the portable multiple times... I even posted a link to where you could see someone talking about it. In that link you'd see that it doesn't have a cartridge port, and it also (unfortunately) doesn't have TV out. Wow, can't believe I missed that, all apologies. I can live without the car...

Re: Atari Flashback's
I have the Flashback 2. I like it a lot, and think I paid like $20 shipped in box for it sometime last year. Not much to complain about for that price, except the lack of a cartridge port I guess. As for the rumored upcoming Flashback's, you never mentioned the one I am mostly looking forward to, t...

Re: Atari Flashback's
I think that you'd put the ROMs of games onto the SD card and transfer them onto your Flashback portable. The quality of the system isn't my concern at all. Atari got Legacy Engineering to make up the FB2 and its quality was second to none. I believe that they also had a hand in the first FB but had...

Atari Flashback's
Just curious if you guys own either one of theses things? The first one isn't as popular with the purists since it uses the Nintendo on a chip to run the games off of, where the 2nd one was basically a 2600 without a cartridge port. The original had roughly 20 games on it, and the second one had 40....

I honestly haven't watched one in years. I do remember finding it enjoyable though. I enjoyed the ESPN spoof of MST3000 called "Cheap Seats" (I beleive at one point there was even a cameo of they MST guys). I'll have to check this out when I have more time.
