How low is your Model 1 Genesis' serial number?

I recently started reading on some other forums about low Sega Genesis serial numbers. I have had my Genesis since August, 1989, so I knew it would be very low. My number is 39S13220. Now, the first number the factory it was made in (in my case, Taiwan). The second letter is the last digit of the ye...

A member of Atari Age was selling it. I offered $650, and he passed on it. A month or two go by and he says his wife found out he declined $650 and wanted to kill him lol. So he asked if I was still interested, and the rest is history. :mariohammer:

Re: Hey guys!!!

Well for once it looks like it went far smoother than planned! Everything is pretty much back to normal except for the Arcade and Advertisements. Those are beyond my control for now, but they are both being worked on by developers. Hopefully they will be ready with at least beta versions soon. Now, ...

Hey guys!!!

How's everything? I just did a long awaited major update to phpBB. Good news is that all went well and down time was under two hours. Bad news is that because I went from 3.0.x to 3.1.x, everything was rewritten, so none of the mods I had up (such as the style or anything else) were compatible. Even...

Re: Sega 8-bit Magazine

It took me nearly 5 years to find issue number 1 again, but I finally did (with patch and all!) for a decent price. So now all seven issues have been scanned. Enjoy!

Re: Ouya

I have one and I love it. Games are cheap and plentiful, and if you don't mind hacking around a bit, you can get many non-Ouya ganes running from the Play or Amazon store as well. I am still on the original set of AA batteries from when I got my backer Ouya (despite using it plenty). :) Sent from m...

PS2 lot!

I went to a yard Sale on Saturday and Vampire Night caught my eye, so I asked how much it was. She said "$8 for the whole box" and I quickly grabbed it! I never get this lucky, less than $1 per game lol! :donkeykong_beatingchest:

What strikes me as weird is the label still looks like it's from 1983. I know it's the desert, but it does rain sometimes.

ET found in landfill!

ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (AP) — A decades-old urban legend was put to rest Saturday when workers for a documentary film production company recovered "E.T." Atari game cartridges from a heap of garbage buried deep in the New Mexico desert. The "Atari grave" was, until that moment, a highl...

Re: Anyone here own a Colorvision?

OK, the "major announcement" was me acquiring an Adventurevision. I also just ordered two "new" Colorvision games, from Greece. They should be here by next week or so.
