Re: Good baseball games on SNES
Ken Griffey Jr. baseball is pretty fun also. Only completed a full season one time as the Orioles, winning the wild card on the final week of the season. I still need to put some effort into playing Ken Griffey Jr's. Winning Run. I've had that game since it came out.

Re: Yay! My SNES isn't broken after all!
I remember sometime early last year, my SNES stopped working for some reason. Couldn't quite figure out what was going on, so I took it to EStarland to get it looked at. Turns out a chip in the system needed to be replaced or something. But it was not a total loss, because I did buy me an FC Twin to...

Re: Robo Warrior, any other fans?
Not exactly a fan of the game, but I do remember my brother renting it from Pharmhouse. I think he got stuck around that one wall part.

From what I've seen, he's pretty good. I need to watch more of his videos.

Re: Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection
I already have some of these games on XBox Live, VC, and that Genesis Collection for the PS2. But I might pick it up for the 360 just to have all those games one on disc. And more importantly: Achievement Points!

I still stand by my old statements that Pit Fighter for the SNES and WrestleMania for the NES are some of the worst games I've ever played.

Re: Sports Titles
I'm a fan of older sports games. Titles like Tecmo Super Bowl (NES & SNES), Tecmo Super Baseball (SNES), Ken Griffey Jr. Presents MLB, and the Mutant League series were a few of my favorites. I remember back in the summer of '01, I played Tecmo Super Baseball on an emulator, and went 127-35 with...

Re: EGM is gone! :(
My brother used to be into EGM back in the day. I think he started reading them from around issue #54 (Mortal Kombat II) to about somewhere into the early 100's. I even have an issue from '92-ish that had Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past on it.

The Ultimate History of Video Games all the way. And I remember reading Game Over back in middle school, but I never did finish it.

Re: Sega Channel
Man, that was one of the best things back then. 50 games per month, and hours of fun. Seems like every month when new games were uploaded, either me, my brother, or my sister attempted to get up early just so we could see the new games. Phantasy Star IV and Mega Man: The Wily Wars were a couple of m...

Hey Hey Hey
Hey everybody, Sam here. Been a gamer since the late 80's, starting with the Atari (7800 I believe). Been going strong ever since. I do play the newer systems, but classic gaming will always be #1.
