Spoofing an IP isn't hard really, the best thing you can do is make user registration harder to complete for bots. E-Mail validation is good, visual validation is good, also I occasionally out in an entry field I label with "Leave me Blank" or something, and any user registraton with data ...

Nah not like a flea market per se, was the OLD C64 days where everything was on 5 1/4 floppies, and if you were super cool you had your own notcher and boom suddenly every disk is double sided? High tech indeed lol. But yeah everyone just copied disks back and forth, in hindsight I have no idea why ...
