I know that one, but I'll let someone else have a shot at it.

Lets see if anyone gets this one: http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/rr136/superdevil_buick/nocheating.png Dash Galaxy in the Alien Asylum. I'm going to re-post this one again, with a hint because I can't believe that no one got it. http://www.canardpc.com/img/news/34620/syndicate_screenshot_48226_...

Re: Bea Arthur dead at 86
Am I a bad person if I just assumed that she was already dead? :king_hippo: I am not familiar with her work outside of "Golden Girls" but that was a pretty cool show and her character was great. That show is often the butt of jokes, but that was part of what was in my opinion the golden ag...

Re: What's the rarest classic game you own?
I don't have any console games that are like "OMG!!!" rare. I have a Beat em and Eat em/Lady in Wading cart that's complete, some uncommon PSX titles like Intelligent Qube and Silent Bomber... The rarest games I own are Apple II games. I have some of the REALLY early games from Sierra and ...

Re: Anyone have a Wii?
I don't have a Wii, and am not that interested in getting one. The Wii is a cool system, but it isn't for me. The virtual console is really cool, but I play on the original hardware, so I don't need to buy the same game over again. The prospect of a new Punch Out!! game is cool, but I'm sure you are...

Re: How much time...
I would guess that I average about 30 minutes per day on the weekdays, and on a good weekend day I get in maybe a couple of hours at the most. This will increase if my friend who is also into old games comes over, which isn't that often. I think that if I had more buddies who were into old games the...

Re: Some of the (still good!) more obscure Genesis games
Games I like that I would consider to be outside the main stream: Starflight (Space Adventure) Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday (Sci-Fi RPG) Championship Pro-Am (16 bit port of RC Pro-Am) Those are the only games in my collection that are in my opinion somewhat off the radar, but I guess that depe...

Re: Genesis or SNES guy
My first console was the NES which I loved (and all of my friends had), but for some reason I picked the Genesis over the SNES back then. My best friend saved up and bought one (we were in 9th grade at the time), and I thought it was really cool so I asked for that for my birthday. All of my other f...

Re: Good Dreamcast Games??
I would grab Tony Hawk and Tony Hawk 2, which both look much nicer on the DC than on the PSX. My other favorites are Soul Calibur and Railroad Tycoon II. If you don't mind either importing games or <ahem> making your own copies, there are some cool import SHMUPS like Ikaruga. May I also suggest buyi...

Re: So...
You should be careful what you wish for. I was an extremely active member of DP for years, and watched the site really go downhill, especially after Joe opened the store (I think a lot of his customers ended up joining the site). The place is just too crowded, which of course brings in more riffraff...

Re: Does anyone else here like "fake" food?
As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of that stuff. Just tonight we had "Chick'n" sandwiches, which are "Quorn" brand fake breaded chicken patties which we served on hamburger buns with all of the normal trappings. We also often eat their fake chicken nuggets. I personally can't tell the...

Re: So, it's Friday night
I'll bump this one up a little bit since it is currently a Friday night. I generally look forward to Friday and Saturday nights as my time to stay up late playing classic games, listening to music, and maybe working on some projects. Me, I personally sit around and do nothing. Since I've quit smokin...

Re: Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection
I thought about picking this up for the Genesis but I figured 'why bother?' when I have the original hardware and play it all the time. If there are any games in that compilation that I don't have, then it would be cheaper to just pick those up. I will admit though that this is a cool compilation, a...

Re: Good baseball games on SNES
Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run is supposed to be the best baseball game on the SNES. I still haven't found a copy myself, but am keeping an eye out for one.
