Re: Anyone have a Super Grafx?
It would be neat to have a supergrafx if only for Ghouls n Ghosts but I may just get the arcade pcb, does anyone know how they compare? I am getting a duo whenever I get the cash together but it may be awhile yet as I have some other stuff on my plate right now. Saw a pc engine duo with over 20 game...

Re: Wall Mount Arcade games
Are you talking video games here? And if so, is it going to be jamma or a unique dedicated cab kinda thing.

Re: Pre-Computer Space electro-mechanical games
I agree that the magnetic games have to be counted as a heavy influence on the development of the video arcade and all should be included in a history. I would say it counts as a video game if it displays an image on a screen and is meant as a game or a simulation. May not necessarily make it an arc...

Re: The rise and fall of the arcade...
I remember playing all kinds of games at the skating rink when I was a kid. Gauntlet was one of my favorites. There is a game in there that I have been trying to find out the title of for awhile cause I wanna find the pcb and play it again. It was a warrior dude fighting a bunch of huge monsters and...

Re: Akumajo Dracula (Castlevania) The Arcade
Looks pretty darn cool, even though I'm not usually into the first person thing. Arcades died in my area a long time ago. Big money for a dedicated cab like that and the price probably goes way up with overseas shipping. Teasin us, that's what they are doing.

Re: Do you own an arcade machine?
Nice setup nexus. Don't have the room for a cab yet but I'd love one when I get another house. I have a neo geo mvs and a sega stv but haven't built my supergun as yet, got some monetary constraints at the moment.

Re: I'm back in the saddle again!
I'm a bit broke right now so haven't got anything in a while, but near everyday I was getting a video game in the mail. My girlfriend would just say, whatcha got today or get a new present? You couldn't ask for more. Of course she has 700 movies so I guess she knows what it's like to have an addicti...

Re: Genesis or SNES guy
I apologize to all. It was not my intention to start an argument on my first post in this thread, and I edited my posts to reflect this. I wish everyone good gaming.

Re: Sega Saturn
I remember getting a genesis and a sega cd when they first came out. My mom was cool enough to dish out the 300 bucks for the sega cd, which flopped and no rental store had many games for it. Not many games period. I still have them both and still like them. By the time Saturn came out I was getting...

Never had it but it would have been sweet. No such thing as a cable connection where I lived.

Re: Genesis or SNES guy
My first console was a nes and I liked it, remember getting it for Christmas and finding the box hidden under my parents bed. My next console was a genesis because my friend had an sms and I liked it and he was a sega fan and my main playing buddy. Today I own genesis/cd/32x and snes and I love them...

Re: New games for Sega Genesis / Mega Drive
They look very nice. Bright and detailed. Keep up the good work. Hope the music is killer, it's what helps keep me into the game. I'll definitely be looking into it in the near future when my wallet is a bit thicker. Maybe we'll see a shmup or a run n gun one of these days...

Hi guys, I like to play and collect mostly 2D style games. Although I only collect the games I like to play and get rid of the rest so I guess it is one and the same. I have genesis/cd/32x, snes, saturn, dreamcast, and ps1 right now but I am still expanding. I hope to have a turboduo and 3do in the ...
