Re: Old vs. new
Basically anything 2d for me including the atari. The 3d games is nice but it lacks that creative feeling. I mean playing a racing game in 3d feels like a waste then playing a racing game in 2d. Then you buy something and it turns out to be one big bordem fiesta. I could live with the passwords. In ...

The idea is to keep kids busy without making them violent. That is all. Basically the adult is in the kitchen, bathroom, or other room watching XXX tapes while the kid is messing around with Hyper scan watching the screen load going....owwweeeee eewwwwoooooww. Re: Good Dreamcast Games??
All dreamcast games are buyable. I mean there is not that much to choose from when the majority
of games was meant for the Saturn to begin with.
EDIT: Also Chase the Chuck wagon is just Game Gavel. A completely pointless investment. People can't even see what is being listed.

So when did making the home arcade stop?
As we all know the original point of home videogames was to bring home the arcade. There was the Atari Sega Master System ( Atari clones ) PC-Engine and various others. ( mostly atari clones ) Then of course you had the computer generations Commendore64 MSX series Apple Amiga IBM Then finally they d...

I never get enough time nowadays. Mostly just play a bit to see how far I can get or a little at a time and save. It is really fun to play a little at a time.

Re: What's the rarest classic game you own?
I am not going to say my rarest game since I have yet seen any boards talk about it but it is a fan favorite. So the keep the value I am not going to mention the name. The most rarest I have would probably be a 2d game. I do know it does beat some of your game the fact I almost paid $200 dollars for...

Re: Why don't they make a new 2D game with 3D graphics?
OKay I just went threw the games. I take it back. All these games uses the method of Camera with clay. Mortal Kombat uses real people. This was a method of getting real world objects into videogames. These are example of first generation pre-render games but is not called pre-renderedd. While it fal...

Re: Why don't they make a new 2D game with 3D graphics?
It is called a pre-rendered game. Basically this is a 3d game and not a 2d game. The reason for this is that the current games on PS3, Wii, and 360 is on systems that is too powerfull. In general only home brewers is going to release such a game like "Super fighter team" for example. Maybe...

Re: Super Mario Bros. vs. Alex Kidd in Miracle World
The SEga master system is a 16-bit system and could have gave SEGA enough time to release a proper game system instead of that abomination of a death star. I am playing one right now. I choose Alex Kid since it had a far more present day of a series then A fat man down a pipe drain and the fact I fi...
