We must be around 60 members in this forums. It's not like everyone is posting everyday. We're not the Digital Press forums, remember it.

Re: Anyone collect Laserdiscs or vinal records?
My father must own over 5,000 45-rpm and 33-rpm records. He also have a few 78-rpm along with a gramophone. I have a few record myself and I recently bought a USB turntable so I can digitalize my records. Of course, I had to transfer Jesus Christ Superstar on CD for my dad. Vinyls rules!

Re: It's a longshot, but is anyone up to making a Zap! logo?
I like to think I'm decent with photoshop, Illustrator works pretty well for logos too. I'm into 16 & 8 bit art, here's a logo I did for the band 8-Bit Cannibalism (back when my pen name was Super_Drunk). This is a jpeg, the original was a gif (it was too big to post) so I'm not sure if it look...

Re: Things about your collection that irk you
The best thing I've found for removing price tags/rental stickers is still good old rubbing alcohol. The stronger variety is better (I can't remember the percentage, but there's a strong one and a weaker one). For the really tough tags I use Zippo lighter fluid, though beware as this could mar plas...

Re: Things about your collection that irk you
I hate when my there's price tags on my games. Especially when they stick them on the labels. Luckily, I was able to remove the Savers tags out of my Atari cartridges by holding them over steaming water. Do you guys knows any good tips to remove price tags on games?

Re: Where do you guys find your games?
I find mines at flea market, garage sales, video stores or specialized shops. When I can't find what I'm looking for, I go on eBay. I once found a complete Vectrex system in a garage sale and it cames with four games. I've paid $70 for it, that would have been less than I would paid if I bought it o...

I liked his Zelda CD-i games reviews. I also like his rant about the ColecoVision AC adapter, although mine was more practical. His themed reviews are awesome, too. FRANKEN-NERD!

Re: Game Boy Player
My friend Matt bought me one, last Christmas. He said that it was a must-have. I've playing Metroid: Zero Mission and Fusion on it, but I still use my Super GameBoy to play the original GameBoy games such as Donkey Kong or Super Mario Land.

Re: What's your favorite classic Atari System?
I like my 7800, since I bought it in near mint condition and it work better than all my 2600s. But I rather love using the 2600 joystick instead of the 7800's.
As for the 5200, I'm not interested!

Re: Genesis or SNES guy
As far as I remember I've always been a SNES girl . I got my SNES after my neighbour grew tired that I would knock on his door every Saturday morning to play Mario World . Then, he decided to sell the whole set to my family. I was always playing at Zelda or Super Mario Bros: Lost Levels and I would ...
